Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Sodium Chloride(Himalayan Salt), Oriza Sativa (Rice) powder, Nettle, Chamomile, Calendula dried flower powders, Ginger, Eucaliptus, Pine, Peppermint, Clove buds, Black Pepper EO. 
How to use: poor 4 spoons of salt into running water, soak in the tub for 20 min and relax.
