Wooden Wicks

Wood wicks are an innovative alternative to traditional cotton wicks. Not only do wood wicks burn cleanly and disperse fragrance excellently, they also generate subtle crackle sounds, creating a captivating acoustic ambiance. The soothing crackling sounds of wood wicks bring a whole new sensory delight to your candles. If your wood wick is over wicked, you can alter the size by cutting a thin strip down the edge to reduce flame size. If it is under wicked, you can double up the wicks in the configurations shown below. The wick should always be trimmed so that 5 mm or less is above the wax before lighting for the first time. Failure to do so can result in poor performance and the wick extinguishing during the burn.
